  • No, all aspects of the retreat are optional, however, to enjoy the full benefits of the retreat it is highly encouraged you attend at least the breakfast, dinner, and psychology input segments of the program.

  • This will be handled on a retreat-by-retreat basis, depending on the psychological makeup of the people attending. If this is an important point for you please make this known during the onboarding process. Typically, drinking within recommended ranges is permitted during a retreat.

  • Vaping and smoking is allowed, however, must be engaged in at specific times and locations. If this is a concern please make it known during the onboarding process.

  • At this time, the retreat is limited to adults between the ages of 18 and 60.

  • This will depend on the nature of your goals, relationship dynamics, and individual expectations; all of which can be assessed during the onboarding process. However, it is generally allowed and can reduce the individual costs.

  • Retreat leads are limited to Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Neuropsychologists, and Psychiatrists. Although some parts of the retreat will be led by other professionals, the program will always be supervised by one of the aforementioned.

  • Yes, flexible payment plans are available; please enquire with our staff. However, please note that final payments must be made no later than two weeks prior to the retreat to allow enough time for others on the waitlist to engage in all the pre-retreat assessments.

  • No, due to the vast differences in individuals circumstances, this became too difficult to find a standardised fee that was fair to all participants.

  • Yes, travel insurance is a pre-requisite for attendance.

  • Yes, the retreat is all inclusive and we will accommodate for any dietary restrictions you may have.

  • This will depend on the barrier; however, we will do our best to be as accommodating as possible. In some cases, we may ask for some 1:1 therapy to be done prior to attending and can make recommendations for clinicians in the Perth area.

    • Yes, unfortunately, due to the significant financial and time commitment each retreat requires, non-refundable down payments are necessary to secure a spot. Full payment is taken two weeks prior to the retreat and is non-refundable.

    • This is another reason as to why we require travel insurance as a necessity, to protect you from unforeseeable circumstances.

    • In the event where you are unable to attend, the full assessment package, report, and recommendations are still provided and the lead clinician for the specific retreat will spend 1:1 time with you to run through that information.
