Continued consultation and provision of immigration advice to the Corporate or Individual clients regarding the application and best options;
Preparation of immigration forms (applicant and where applicable family sponsor) including lodgement with the relevant Immigration authorities as Migration Agents;
Assistance in the preparation and lodgement of the relevant Assessing Authority application where applicable;
Submissions and advocacy on client behalf to the relevant immigration authorities and Assessing Authority (where applicable);
Assistance in health and character clearances for the main applicant and family;
Fees are inclusive of immediate family members who apply at the same time;
Regular reporting to the client on the status of the application;
Responses to standard requests by the Immigration authorities or Assessing Authorities;and
Assistance with and instruction on visa stamping.
